Our story
Flexsis began in 1998 with the creation of Interima.
Over the years, the company achieved important milestones, including a strategic collaboration and merger with a partner company called Global Personal Partner. In 2024, this evolution led to a new name—Flexsis—marking a fresh chapter for a group that is now the leader in recruitment and HR solutions in Switzerland.
In recent years, Flexsis has expanded beyond Switzerland, starting with Portugal and now Italy. From 2026, Flexsis Italy brings Swiss precision and deep knowledge of the Italian labor market together to offer high-quality HR solutions tailored to both candidates and companies. Our mission remains the same: flexibility, trust, and people at the center.
